The two-storey office building was using a reinforced concrete frame construction comprising of substructure, ground and first floors, columns and shear walls. The roof structure was formed using with glulam rafters and purlins and finished with a composite panel roof cladding. The building envelope was formed with an aluminium curtain wall façade with a brise soliel system to the outer face. Internally, high quality office finishes were installed together with building services.

The warehouse construction was formed with steel frame structure with a composite panel cladding to the walls and roof. The link between the two is of steel frame construction with a rib-deck concrete roof construction and insulation and single ply membrane roof covering.

Externally, new car parking and landscaping were formed including a covered cycle parking facility. New drainage and services to the building also formed part of the works.
