The Lords Terrace part of the development comprised of the construction of nine 2 & 3 storey town houses located on Mights Road and North Road. The Sole Bay Terrace part of the development comprised of the construction of four three storey town houses located on North Road.

The new dwellings were constructed using traditional masonry construction founded on a piled foundation arrangement. The building envelope finishes comprised of a combination of facing brickwork, composite aluminium and timber windows, colour coated aluminium fascia’s and soffits and an artificial slate roof finish. Each property was finished to a high standard with the installation of high quality kitchens, sanitary ware and general finishes throughout

Externally, the project included the formation of car parking areas, paved areas, fencing, external drainage and new service connections
