The project delivered an 81-bedroom Premier Inn and restaurant for Great Yarmouth, which forms part of a planned redevelopment of the seafront area. The building is constructed of a precast beam and block concrete floor with timber frame and stairs. External elevations comprise facing brickwork, render and rainscreen cladding alongside timber and UPVC windows and doors. Works included the full internal fit out of the hotel, as well as construction of the car park and associated hard and soft landscaping.

We engaged with the local community throughout the course of the works, supporting a nearby café with orders for site meetings. Project updates were communicated to residents and businesses through a community newsletter, ensuring that local people were aware of project progress and key information, such as significant deliveries to site.
