THE PROJECT COMPRISED OF THE EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL REFURBISHMENT OF AN EXISTING OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE BUILDING. THE PROJECT WAS PROCURED VIA A SINGLE STAGE COMPETETIVE TENDER METHOD.
The external refurbishment works required to the envelope of the building included the overcladding and roof repairs to the warehouse and offices building, installation of new dock levellers and new entrance doors to the reception area. Internally, the project included a full refurbishment to the reception and open plan office areas, formation of new meeting rooms, conference and training room areas and replacement of finishes and fittings to the staff kitchen and toilet areas. The project also included alterations and replacement of the mechanical, electrical and data services installations.
