Experienced Aftercare Supervisor required - Barnes Construction

We are looking to appoint an experienced Aftercare Supervisor with either NVQ or C&G qualifications.

Key Skills and Requirements for this role:

• To manage and organise sub-contractors effectively.
• Good communication skills across all levels.
• Basic IT skills to record and communicate activities.
• To have good knowledge across all aspects of construction.
• The ability to undertake general repair works to multiple trades.
• The ability to work as a team or on their own.
• Willing to travel and lodge away from home on an occasional basis.
• This role provides good rates of pay with bonus, overtime & travelling expenses
