THE PROJECT COMPRISED OF THE CONVERSION AND EXTENSION TO THE FORMER ROCKFIELD HOUSE BUILDING INTO A NEW SPA FACILITY
The scheme included the construction of a new two storey rear extension to the existing building incorporating a new hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and changing areas in addition to a roof mounted bespoke infinity spa. The existing two storey Rockfield House building was fully refurbished to form new treatment rooms, changing areas, reception area, quiet lounge, manicure and pedicure rooms in addition to staff and administration areas.
The project was finished to a very high standard with the use of high quality materials and fixtures and fittings throughout.
Externally, a new fully landscaped feature courtyard garden area was formed together with additional customer parking and a separate external plant room building.
