THE PROJECT COMPRISED OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW TWO STOREY CLUBHOUSE. THE PROJECT WAS PROCURED VIA A SINGLE STAGE COMPETETIVE TENDER ROUTE
The new clubhouse building was constructed adjacent to the existing 18th green and was formed using a two storey timber frame structure. The external envelope of the building was clad with a combination of flint faced blockwork and timber weatherboarding with an artificial slate roof finish. Internally, the accommodation comprised of new bar and restaurant facilities, new golf shop and members changing and shower facilities. At first floor level, a new function room was formed.
High quality finishes, fixtures and fittings were installed including bars, lockers and saunas.
