THE PROJECT COMPRISED OF THE REMODELLING OF A 12 STOREY OFFICE AT LYNTON HOUSE.
The works included refurbishment to the front and rear office areas. Installation of accessible toilets on each floor, new suspended ceilings, new power and lighting to all areas, fire safety requirements, ventilation to central office areas and the installation of AC units. The works also included redecoration and maintenance requirements relating to mechanical and all current regulations.
