We are Suffolk County Council Framework members and have preferred contractor status with Marstons and Travelodge.
Marstons InnsWe have commenced on site with the construction of the 38 bedroom hotel with reception area in Derby and the public house and restaurant in Dalton Park, County Durham. Both projects will be completed in the Summer 2017.
Travelodge
Work has begun with the conversion of an existing office building and extension in North Acton, to create a 133 bedroom hotel with a bar café area with completion in the Spring 2018.
Suffolk County Council
A project to extend and alter the existing fire station in Saxmundham, Suffolk has got under way. Once completed, in Spring 2017, the Police and the Fire services will combine to use the new facility.
